Cancellation

Cancellation or changes to a reservation that reach us until 12:00 pm on the day before your scheduled arrival are free of cost.
In case a cancellation or change to a reservation reaches us past that time or not at all, you will get charged 80% of the total price.

Children

Children below the age of 6 do not pay extra.
Children up to 12 years pay half-price for breakfast.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. A fee will be collected.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express.
The Motel 21 needs your credit card details for making binding reservations. Your credit card will not get charged the value of this booking – you will pay your stay later in the Motel 21.

Privacy

Motel 21 takes the protection of your data and privacy seriously. The data we require are important for a binding reservation. Your contact data are required for indentifying you once you get here and for us to be able to contact and inform you in case of changes to the reservations you made. Your personal data will be exclusively transmitted to Motel 21.
Motel 21 employs strict security measures to make your data secure from unauthorized access. The reservation data are transmitted using SSL encryption to protect them from unauthorized access. Motel 21 will never transmit your data to an unauthorized third party.
